I step in as part-time General Counsel and/or COO as you focus on building out your technology, checking out and revising/building contracts, IP protection and all-around good housekeeping for human resources that protect what you have built. I also build partnerships for France and Austin in business and otherwise: so I speak international for identifying issues that are increasingly important in cross-border transactions.
