And we’re going to tell you a secret – while all companies need PR, not every company needs to partner with a PR firm. There is a sweet spot – that moment when PR and business goals perfectly align and communications strategies ultimately add value and contribute to the goals of the overall business. But how do you know if you are ready for an agency? What business objectives need to be in place before you look to outsource that key communications function?
